Görev Tanımı:

* İlkokul düzeyinde sınıf öğretmenliği görevini yürütmek,

* Öğrencilerin akademik, sosyal ve duygusal gelişimlerini takip etmek,

* Yıllık ve günlük planları hazırlamak ve uygulamak,

* Ölçme-değerlendirme süreçlerini yürütmek,

* Veli iletişimini etkin şekilde sağlamak,

* Okulun eğitim projelerinde aktif rol almak.

Aranan Nitelikler:

* Üniversitelerin Sınıf Öğretmenliği bölümünden mezun,

* Yeni mezun veya en fazla 2 yıl deneyimli,

* Eğitim teknolojilerini etkin kullanabilen,

* Takım çalışmasına yatkın,

* İletişim becerileri güçlü,

* Gelişime açık ve öğrenmeye istekli.

Job Description:

• Teaching as a primary school classroom teacher,

• Monitoring students’ academic, social, and emotional development,

• Preparing and implementing annual and daily lesson plans,

• Conducting assessment and evaluation processes,

• Maintaining effective communication with parents,

• Taking an active role in the school’s educational projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary School Teaching,

• Recent graduate or with up to 2 years of experience,

• Competent in using educational technologies,

• Strong team player,

• Strong communication skills,

• Open to self-improvement and eager to learn.
